BHC is not just a youth sports organization; we’re a supportive community dedicated to empowering young girls through the exhilarating world of flag football. Join us on a journey where camaraderie, skill-building, and fun intersect to create a memorable experience for every player.

Mission Statement

The mission of the BHC Youth Corp (BHC) is to provide a safe, fun, learning environment for the youth of our community. We strive to create an opportunity for kids to work together as a team toward common goals. We emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork and respect for authority figures (Directors, Coaches, and Game Officials). Our focus is on developing good life skills through the sport of Flag Football.

Facts About BHC

BHC was founded in 2022 to give youth girls the opportunity to compete in flag football at a competitive level. We are proud to be a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to EmpowHERing Maryland’s next generation of female athletes with pride, passion, and purpose.

Grades K–12: Open to athletes from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Teams: 8U Blaze, 10U (No Name), 12U Bravehearts, 14U Bombers, and High School B2A.
Competition: Competes in both local league play and national tournaments.
Major Stages: Athletes have participated in the NFL Flag Championships and the AAU Junior Olympics.
Development: Hosts an annual flag football combine to showcase and prepare athletes.
Safe & Inclusive: Provides a supportive environment where girls can grow on and off the field.
Community Powered: Supported by dedicated coaches, mentors, volunteers, and parents.
